Solar Universe India (SUI) a brand of Success Pen Impex was started nearly 10 years back by a well known entrepreneur of the pen industry Mukesh Gupta (SRCC Alumni), with a simple Solar Garden Lamp. The positive feedback this line of products received stirred a curiosity in him for the Solar industry. Developed and evolved purely out of passion, Solar Universe India has now branched out from the heart of the capital to having not only a pan-india presence but international reputation as well. Known for his innovative and unique ideas, Mukesh Gupta together with his father is credited to have opened the first pen showroom in India in 1995. Duplicating this model, he then went on to open the first retail shop for Solar Products in the country, with over 100 products all under one roof. This family run business is now spearheaded by Shubhaang Gupta, the third generation of the family, who has gained first-hand knowledge of the off-grid markets across the globe in a short duration.
