Cancellation & Returns Policy

Cancellation before Shipping:

Powerwale has right cancel order based on the following situations like (Prices are old and not updated based on the latest Company price list, Stock unavailable, logistics/Supplier partner has issues with delivery ,Pin code coverage, Address is not clear/unknown)
Customers has a right cancel the orders before shipping and but note, Powerwale deducts 5% of the total Invoice Value, If it is online payment order and remaining value will be refund in 2-7 Business days, Note: As Powerwale spends on packaging, moving the items from one locations to another location, Administration charges, local transport charges to warehouse, all this associated cost should be borne by the customer.

If Order is COD and requested for cancel after the process of shipping is initiated or in process of delivery there will be Rs.250/- cancellation fee would be charged
Pls call us or send us a email with the order id to cancel before shipping and provide the reasons for the cancellation.

Cancellation after shipping for Online Payment Orders:

Sorry we dont have option to cancel the orders once it is shipped!!!

Request for a Refund, after the recieving the item:

If you have ordered the wrong product or wish to cancel your order please Send us email . Please note the item may be returned subject to a 35% restocking fee and must be returned in original condition within 7 days. Any freight costs incurred will be charged to the customer. We cannot accept returns for items that have been unpackaged and/or installed, used. Please send us a email discuss any issues further.
