Cancellation & Returns Policy

Cancellation Before Installation:

Customers has a right cancel the orders before Installation and but note, Powerwale deducts 4% of the total Invoice Value, If it is online payment order and remaining value will be refund in 2-7 Business days, Note: As Powerwale or Merchant spends on packaging, moving the items from one locations to another location, Administration charges, local transport charges to warehouse, all this associated cost should be borne by the customer.

If Order is COD and requested for cancel after the process of shipping is initiated or in process of delivery there will be Rs.150/- cancellation fee would be charged for Per Item
Pls call us immediately with the order id to cancel before shipping and provide the reasons for the cancellation.

Cancellation During Installation:

Once the Batteries or UPS or Solar is unpacked or installed and verified, Cancellation of the same Product cannot be accepted!

Cancellation After Installation:

Sorry we dont have option to cancel the orders once it is Installed and Delivered!

Why my Order is Cancelled by Powerwale:

Powerwale has right cancel any order including (Luminous Inverter battery, UPS, Car Batteries, Bikes, Solar Rooftop,etc) based on the following situations like (Prices are old and not updated based on the latest Company price list, Stock unavailable, logistics/Supplier partner has issues with delivery ,Pin code coverage, Address is not clear/unknown, Heavy Rain, Traffic Jam, Accidents, Unknow event). No Charges or Payment will be applicable, if order is cancelled by Powerwale

Product Recieved is not Per Order:

In case if you feel that,the product received by you is not matching the specifications of order placed by you, you must bring it to our notice (Call us immediately) before product is installed or unpacked, so that appropriate action can be taken towards the same issue.

What should I do if I receive a Damaged or Defective Item?

In case of damaged or defective items on arrival, please call us at the time of delivery / Installation itself. & Service team will ensure replacement of faulty or damaged item by a fresh brand new product at no extra cost
Please note: The following shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
• Damages due to misuse of product
• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
• Any consumable item which has been used or installed
• Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
• Any damage / defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered
